We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron. We will not charge your card until your order is despatched. We will always send you an email acknowledging successful receipt of your order which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference.
The receipt of order acknowledgment will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. It is subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract.
We accept cheques and postal orders by post only. Cheques should be made payable to The Toybox. Please put your name and address on the back. You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear. All payments must be in pounds sterling.

Delivery charges
Local collection - you are more than welcome to collect your order from our office in Bakewell. Please place your order by phone on 0844 800 3414
Free delivery - on all orders over £75 (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland)
UK Mainland Standard Delivery - £4.95*
Next Day Priority Service (phone orders only - received by 11am) - £8.95*
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland is charged at £13.95*

Please note:
- * Deliveries are sent by Parcelforce and if you are not available to take delivery of your parcel it will be taken to your local post office depot for collection (an additional charge will be payable if you wish them to redeliver it to your specified address).
- We will dispatch in-stock items the next working day. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from dispatch but during busy periods may take longer.
- Where items are temporarily out of stock, dispatch might be delayed. We will notify you of this and advise you of the likely delay.
How can I exchange or return my order?
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 28 days together with your receipt for an exchange or full refund.
If you do not have the receipt, we will give you an exchange or credit note at the current selling price. Any returns must be in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at The Toybox. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcel.
- We do not refund the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error.
